i was searching for french macaroons recipe a...HI,<br /><br />i was searching for french macaroons recipe and came upon ur post,it nice and helpfull:))<br /><br />The macaroons u made were really very nice and look delicious:))<br /><br />On my 1st try the macaroons tasted like cookies,there were a lot of holes on the top and no 'foot'!!!<br /><br />So i wanted to know was it because of the temperature that i set(160degree,12mins)? But I gotta try it anyways! =D<br /><br />I got the Silpat at Baker's Depot at Robinson's Galleria. The small one cost 1000PHP. (...dun ko din binili yung almonds!)<br /><br />The Calphalon mat I got from Gourdo's costs 1,600PHP for the small one.<br /><br />Sige try mo gumawa tapos kwento mo sa kin yung result.
